First, it is free. No risk, no credit card required. You can use all features during trial, without limitation. You will be switched to the plan, closest matching your feature set, when trial ends. Then you can upgrade to a paid account in the My Profile > Payments section of P3chat Dashboard.
How does the pricing-per-operator work?
During trial you can create as many operators as you need. Then you can pay for every operator that adds value to your business — that's rational — or remove anytime the need is gone. Payment for the next period will be calculated based on the final number of operators at the beginning of the period. You can see the calculation anytime in the My Profile > Payments section of P3chat Dashboard.
Can I change plans, add operators or cancel my account later?
Of course. You can upgrade/downgrade your account or add/remove operators at any time through P3chat Dashboard. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your account.
How many channels may I need?
Channel equals to how many concurrent chats every operator may have in conventional IM apps (Skype, Google Talk. etc). Usually, the more visitors are willing to chat with you, the more operators/channels is needed. Note: channels do not apply to Rich Web Client.
Are custom pricing plans available?
Don't hesitate to contact us and we'll figure out the best pricing for you. Non-profit organizations are served for free.
How discounts and coupons work?
Discount is granted for your long-term committment to P3chat. The longer your payment period, the better discount you get. 6 months (-10%), 1 year (-20%) and 2 years (-30%) periods are discounted. Coupons are non-granted bonuses (price drop, feature addition) that we voluntarily issue when we're in a good mood :) Go find one and use it.
Can I have some operators on a different plan than the others?
Nope. E.g., it is impossible to have one operator on Lite plan and another one on Advanced. All operators share the same pricing plan.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Please see below the list of payment methods we currently accept.
